Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and conduct recruiting and onboarding for onsite and corporate positions
  • Leveraging in place materials and systems, oversee and organize training programs for onsite staff
  • Develop and execute on an initial branding strategy for Hilltop
  • Work with senior staff on employee issues
  • As time permits, work with senior staff on compliance, benefits, development, and other HR programs

 

Requirements:

  • Three to five years of experience, working in human resources
  • Self-motivated, able to do work both independently, as well as a collaborative member of a dynamic team
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task on multiple projects
  • Strong inter-personal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented with a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving
  • Bachelor’s degree
