Responsibilities:

  • Oversee both interior and exterior renovation projects, coordinating schedules with on site staff, vendors, and Hilltop’s Corporate Office
  • Negotiate contracts with a wide variety of third party vendors
  • Develop and oversee cost-saving measures
  • Track all capital expenditures staying within budget and executing in a timely manner
  • Prioritize projects based off need and impact to the property, assisting in improving curb appeal, occupancy, and in turn, growing net operating income
  • Provide assistance during acquisition and disposition process

 

Requirements:

  • A minimum 2 years of experience and strong knowledge of construction project life cycle
    • For a Recent Graduate Internship Experience will be considered.
  • Self-motivated and able to do work both independently as well as a member of a dynamic team
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task on multiple projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive thinking with detail-oriented and creative problem-solving approach
  • Bachelor’s degree
